Terms of use framework
Draft — not effectiveTerms built from verified facts.
This is a drafting checklist, not a binding agreement. NUEMI’s actual features, operator, commercial model, launch regions, and risk allocation must be confirmed before final Terms of Use are written.
Legal review required. Do not present this framework to users as accepted terms and do not add an acceptance checkbox until final language is approved.
Product and account terms to confirm
- Legal operator, eligibility, minimum age, supported regions, and account requirements.
- Permitted use, prohibited behavior, suspension, termination, and account deletion.
- Feature availability, integrations, beta or alpha limitations, and change notices.
- Subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, taxes, and App Store billing—if any are actually offered.
Important service boundaries
The final terms should accurately explain that NUEMI is not a bank, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or other advice—if those boundaries match the final product. Any third-party service terms, including Apple and Plaid terms, must be incorporated accurately.
Clauses for counsel
- Intellectual property, feedback, user content, and license scope.
- Disclaimers, warranty limitations, liability limits, indemnity, and force majeure.
- Governing law, venue, disputes, arbitration, class-action waiver, and regional exceptions.
- Apple-required third-party beneficiary and mobile-app provisions, if a custom EULA is used.
